My friend is not getting my points and vice versa.

To connect with a friend and vice versa, add the friend from your iPhone contacts instead of custom. Make sure that the contact you select for your friend has the number that your friend used to signup with and make sure they are using a contact that has the number you used to sign up with.

If you are sure you have done the above correctly, try looking at your notifications center in your settings to make sure the app has notifications turned on.

I can’t get back into a group chat

If you can’t get back into a group chat you may have left the chat or the Admin of the group removed you. Ask them to add you back in.
